Pat presents in this book 7 key elements that she used to turn her life around after a succession of losses over a four year period. Devastated and brought to her knees she could have succumbed to her abject grief and depression, but she chose another way. She wrote her own prescription, choosing not to be medicated and forged a healing pathway for herself and then for thousands of others. ANTIZAC is a play on Prozac and Pat does not infer medication is not valued. Rather this is an adjunct to any pathway taken to restore mental and emotional wellbeing.
